These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the OneTap website (onetap.pk), and any services or products provided by OneTap — including NFC cards, stickers, keychains, tags, or any related digital-profile services. By using the website or purchasing from OneTap you accept and agree to these terms.

You confirm you are at least 13 years old (or above the legal age as applicable).
You guarantee that any information you provide (contact info, shipping address, profile data, links, etc.) is accurate, complete, and lawful.
You agree not to use OneTap for any illegal, abusive, fraudulent or harmful purpose. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account and orders.

All product orders (cards, stickers, tags, keychains) are final once confirmed — unless there is a manufacturing defect or error from our side.
Delivery/shipping is handled via third-party courier services. Delays or loss by courier are not the responsibility of OneTap.
You are responsible for providing correct shipping and contact details. If incorrect info causes failed delivery — that is on you.

OneTap provides a “free contact page with each card” and enables you to share contact details, portfolio links, social links, etc. as per your choice. OneTap+1
You are solely responsible for any content you choose to include in your profile (links, text, images, contact info). OneTap is not responsible for misuse, misrepresentation, third-party links, or consequences from content you share.
We do not guarantee that links will always remain working — external websites or services linked by you may change or go offline.

All design, website layout, trademarks, branding, and software on OneTap remain property of OneTap.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or misuse any part of the site or OneTap service without explicit permission.

OneTap is not responsible for lost or stolen physical cards, or data loss if you share your card/profile with others.
Use of the service is “as-is” — we make no warranty that the service is uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
We are not liable for damages resulting from your content choices, misuse, or third-party interactions after you share your card/profile.

OneTap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or orders if you violate these Terms — including misuse of cards, fraudulent activity, illegal use, or breach of content rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to jurisdiction within Pakistan.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of our website/services indicates your acceptance of updated Terms.
