What kinds of products can I get from Onetap?
Onetap offers digital smart cards for business, memories, friendships, couples, professions, city themes, and clothing brands. We also have NFC stickers, tags, and keychains for extra sharing options.
How do Onetap products work?
Tap your Onetap card, sticker, tag, or keychain on a smartphone, and the stored digital content—like contact info, memories, or designs—appears instantly. No app is needed.
Can I personalize my products?
Yes! After placing an order, we send a customization form to your email. You can finalize your design there before we process and ship your product.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only operate and deliver within Pakistan.
How much does an Onetap card or other products cost?
You’ll find the prices listed alongside every product — this way, you always know exactly what you’re getting.
Do you offer discounts for multiple orders?

No hidden costs here! Every product has its price displayed with it, so you can check at a glance.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so you’ll see the exact amount before completing your order.
Can I get a refund if I cancel early?
Yes, you can receive a refund. The amount will be issued as store credit, which you can use for any future purchase on our website.
How can I get a card designed the way I want?

Can I order more than one card or product at a time?
Yes! You can order multiple cards, stickers, tags, or keychains in a single order, and customize each one individually.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
No, currently we operate only within Pakistan.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay using major debit cards or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled or modified before they are shipped. Contact our support team for help.

Who can see my content?
Only people who tap your card can access its content. We do not provide extra tools for controlling visibility beyond this.
Is my personal information safe on Onetap products?
Yes, your information is totally safe with Onetap. Only you and the people who scan can see your details.
Can someone hack or steal my Onetap content?
Your content is safe with Onetap. We protect data with industry-standard security, encryption, and strict access controls, so only the people you choose to share with can see your content.

Will my phone work with Onetap cards?
Onetap cards are compatible with most NFC-enabled Android and iOS smartphones. Older phones without NFC may not work. For that we attach QR code to scan.
Can Onetap products be reused or shared multiple times?
Yes! Your Onetap card, sticker, tag, or keychain can be tapped by multiple people
Do I need any app to use Onetap cards?
No app is required. Just tap the Onetap card on a compatible smartphone or scan the QR code if available.
